​I'm from a town of about 2,500 people where most career paths are oriented around the agriculture or trades industries.  I didn't know most of the jobs I've had, or have seen in the workplace, were even jobs when growing up.

I created David Rothmund Consulting to help high school students become the best marketable product in their industry by connecting the curriculum they've been taught to the tricks of the trade I’ve learned along the way.

After graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I kick-started my professional journey.  From working at Abercrombie & Fitch, Gartner and now Gallery, I have made a living connecting the dots for global teams at multibillion dollar B2B and B2C organizations.

I've had to think outside of the box, connect the dots between my career aspirations and act on those possibilities for 20+ years.
